Vehicles with no keeper set are now automatically ignored.
As a user of our software you are probably entitled to update it to the latest version at any time, the only proviso being that the software is covered by current software maintenance. To have current maintenance, the software should be within it’s original cover period from sale (usually a year), under maintenance contract or under a rental agreement.

The "Add or Edit Sales Orders", "Process Sales Orders", "Add or Edit Purchase Orders", and "Process Purchase Orders" options have been given the Windows look-and-feel facelift, and consolidated into a single option for each ledger. Along with the new look are several enhancements, including:
Recently the order in which order items appeared on Sales Order Invoices changed from printing out in Stock Code order to the order they were entered.
The order has now been changed back to the original default of Stock Code order.
When prompted to enter mandatory attributes the search for the attribute is now limited to only attributes of the relevant category.
The speed of automatically setting the job status in the "Logistics Management" has been greatly increased.
Our "Platinum O+" hosted e-commerce webshop website system has been extended with new "tradeshop" abilities tailored for selling to trade customers. It is now even more seamlessly linked to your Platinum system and offers operational features that you would expect from a far more expensive system.

The date a vehicle's mileage is changed is now recorded in the vehicle general notes in the same way that a vehicle location is recorded.
When a vehicle's location or mileage are changed by the data import the changes are automatically logged in the vehicle general notes exactly as they would be if a manual change was made to the vehicle information.
It is now possible to create and use a report generator report to fill out the text for the "From", "Subject" and main body of a message. You may also use a report to gather the list of contacts to send the message to.
There is now a token for printing your company address on the ticket document. The token requires a parameter for the line of the address you want to print.
The stock search has been improved with the addition to the existing search by word or words from the stock description a full or partial stock code may also be included.
Finding the correct model to apply to a vehicle has been made easier by implementing an "aggressive" search, and by the addition of a quick reference file to speed searches up.
If the correct model is on your system, all you should need to type in at the "Model" prompt is as much of the code as you can remember, and/or part of the description, and/or the manufacturer, and the system will quickly locate all the models on file matching what you've entered, allowing you to choose the correct code. If only one code matches, that will be chosen automatically, allowing you to get on with your job.
