I would just like to say thank you to all at Catalyst for the excellent service we have received since March 2010 when we first agreed to have your software installed on our computers.

We find Platinum to be very user friendly and easy to adapt to new situations or requirements which we have . As you know , we use the accounts and stock aspects of the package and feel that this has greatly improved our efficiency in running our business . Essentially we feel that Platinum achieves this by putting the information which we require , whatever that may be , right at our fingertips. For us to be able to view an accurate stock valuation , stock level of a particular product line , to see what our company is owed and what it owes at the press of a button is a fantastic and vast improvement . It is hard for us to actually imagine running our business or indeed any business without this formidable tool.

We are entirely happy with the desktop computers and Zebra printers which you have supplied and installed here at Floorstock , and find that any problem which we face is dealt with quickly and without disruption to our business by you and the other Support workers.

Looking towards the future , we have asked you about certain additions to Platinum eg: barcode scanners for use in our warehouse. We are not yet ready to have them , however we know that they and other additions are there and available when we are ready and that Platinum is able to offer much that we may need in the future.

The best accreditation any business can have is to be recommended by it’s customers , and as a customer I can unreservedly recommend Catalyst and Platinum to any business.
